Statement of Intent/Vision
It is the vision of the Equity Committee to identify, and remove, barriers to achieving an inclusive culture at Dawn Farm. The Equity Committee will work with staff members from all levels, and with clients in Dawn Farm programs to achieve a safe and inclusive place for employees and clients alike.
It is the duty of the members of the Equity Committee to respect the dignity of all staff and clients in accordance with the guiding principles of Dawn Farm. For that reason, the Committee will address specific concerns and incidents of discrimination expediently and confidentiality will be maintained. Our vision is to create a safe and inclusive space for staff and clients at Dawn Farm.
