- Confirm that medications are accurate and allowed in treatment
- Get insurance info, DOB, name and release from client along with the prescription
- Call pharmacy to confirm they can fill prescription
- Drive to pharmacy
- Return and log in meds on client med sheet, add medications to client basket in med closet
- For Spera: Add client name/time to med board
- Write client contact
