Working from home may be beneficial to staff at Dawn Farm. We want to ensure that staff are prepared for working from home and client-sensitive information is kept secure and protected.

Working from home will be evaluated on a case by case basis, using the following criteria:
Job responsibilities- Can the responsibilities of the position reasonably be performed remotely?
Employee suitability- Is the work performance of the employee suitable for working remotely?
Equipment needs- What technology or other items may be needed?

Locking file storage
After discussing working from home with your supervisor, the following items should be considered:
Ensure that your workspace allows for security of client information:
Locking storage for client files
Don't use a shared computer to access client records in Apricot, CRCT, etc
Meeting space for telehealth appointments should be provided in a controlled environment (closed doors) where there is a reasonable expectation of absence from intrusion by individuals not involved in the client's direct care.
