Written Plans for Services

CARF- accredited organizations provide a comprehensive program structure that is designed to maximize opportunities for the population served to participate in the services provided. 

In order to comply with CARF accreditation, Dawn Farm has developed a Written Plan of Services for each program.

Since 1973, Dawn Farm has offered a continuum of services to help addicts and alcoholics achieve long term recovery. With residential services, supportive transitional housing, outpatient treatment, sub-acute detoxification and a range of active outreach programs, Dawn Farm has always been there to help clients achieve recovery.  

Each program of Dawn Farm has developed a plan of services that describes the following:

• Philosophy of the program

• Population served and eligibility criteria 

• Days and hours of operation

• Goals and objectives

• Services provided
