How to Change Phone Extension

To keep phone extensions accurate and current.

Ingredients - what do I need to get started?

• Phone extension number you want to change
• The name of the old owner of that extension
• The name of the new owner of that extension

Timeframe - about how long will this take?

• 5 Minutes

Contacts - who do I need to let know?

• Clinical Director or Farm Receptionist

Steps - what do I do?

• Give the info to Jason or Ashley (preferably by email)
• Jason or Ashley will give the info to our phone company (through support@ivscomm.com , but they will only respond to authorized staff)
• It should be updated within 24 hours
• If it's not updated within 48 hours, let Ashley and Jason know (preferably by email)
