- Confirm that the client is currently in long-term services at Dawn Farm (usually RSS or DFTH - check in Apricot)
- Help client complete the application
- Complete an ROI for the YMCA
- Complete and print the reference letter
- File the ROI and a copy of the reference letter in the RSS file (or upload to Apricot, if there is no RSS file)
- Complete an RSS note in Apricot
