Dawn Farm conducts a formal performance review once a year for each employee. Additionally, progress reviews may be conducted during the course of the year. The primary reason for performance reviews is to evaluate your performance on the job during the past year. This review will compare actual job performance to the goals set for the year and to the job description. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your interests and future goals and to explore further training for professional development.
About 15-30 minutes to complete Evaluation form, plus a little longer to meet with your supervisor.
Your supervisor will send you the Performance Evaluation for your position.
Your supervisor will share the Performance Evaluation document with you annually in September.
If you were employed the previous year with Dawn Farm, review the goals that were established and document any progress or barriers on completing those goals.
Review your job description, and indicate if you feel that you are meeting the core responsibilities outlined
Create a few goals for things to work on over the next year
Submit your Performance Evaluation back to your supervisor
Your supervisor will also review your job description and provide feedback about your job performance
Your supervisor will meet with you to discuss your evaluation. During a performance review, the following items may be discussed, among others:
The major goals to be accomplished during the course of the year and the progress towards these goals
Performance in the key skill areas
Knowledge of the assigned work
The quality and quantity of work performed
Areas for future employee development
