CONTRIBUTION TO MISSION & CONTINUUM OF CARE
The goal of Dawn Farm is to remove the barriers that people with addictions face to entering into recovery. The Project Manager furthers this mission by overseeing all regulatory, accreditation, and contractual requirements and providing guidance to staff to ensure that policies are followed. Dawn Farm’s Project Manager also oversees health and safety and ensures that all clients, staff, and visitors have a safe environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees and serves as the liaison for all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation entities (CARF, LARA, CMHPSM, etc)
Ensures that regulatory, contractual, and health and safety requirements are followed and enforced (including emergency drills, site inspections and incident reports)
Ensures that standard operating procedures are up to date
Assists with planning and implementation of staff training
Assists Human Resources with new hire onboarding and set up
Assists with RFP process for new contracts and funding sources
Coordinates and leads Dawn Farm 101 presentations with various stakeholders-community groups, universities, staff, etc.
Oversees quality assurance reporting
Oversees data collection; analyzes data and creates annual managerial reports
Assists program coordinators in developing new policies and procedures to meet program needs and requirements
Maintains storage and destruction of client and agency records
Leads administrative meetings and maintains meeting minutes
Manages special project as identified by the administrative team
Participates in all required trainings, staff inservices, and special events
Completes other duties, as requested by Clinical Director or President

Familiar with recovery principles and the philosophy and practice of 12-step recovery
Pursues continuing education to improve job knowledge and maintain licensing/certification, as applicable
Able to interact with a wide variety of people in a cordial, professional manner, both independently and as part of a team
Able to interact with clients and family members in an empathetic manner while maintaining professional boundaries
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises Data Entry position
CREDENTIALS
Bachelor’s degree in social work, non-profit management, or related field and/or at least two years of relevant experience strongly preferred
CPR certification
RECOVERY
At least eighteen months of continuous sobriety, if in recovery from addiction.
If ever a client in any Dawn Farm program, at least one year since the date of last service.
