• Clinical Director for posting to external sources (Indeed, school email lists, etc).

• Communications Director for posting open positions to our website

Steps - what do I do?

Job postings should include the job description, hours required, rate of pay (or a salary range) and who to contact if you are interested in applying.

• When a position is open at Dawn Farm, it will be announced to all staff through an all staff email and anyone interested in applying can do so.

  • There is no timeframe for current staff to be employed before applying for another position. All staff are encouraged to apply to positions as they become available.

  • Current staff are encouraged to speak with their supervisor if they are interested in applying for another position within Dawn Farm.

• Outside job postings will be posted by the Clinical Director-

  • Indeed.com

  • Eastern Michigan University list-serves

  • Other posting sites as necessary

• Each position's job description will also be used as the job posting.
